Modern apartment in Koukaki

We had a wonderful stay at Modern Apartment in Koukaki! The location is excellent, just around 20-minute walk from the Acropolis, making it perfect for exploring Athens on foot. The apartment was modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we could possibly need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and plenty of useful amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt new, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We also really appreciated the little details, such as having olive oil, salt, and other basic essentials available, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making everything easy for us from the very beginning.

If we had to mention one minor downside, it would be that the surrounding area can be a little noisy. However, the windows are very well soundproofed, so this didn’t affect our sleep at all.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba. Świetna lokalizacja, 15 min spacerem do Muzeum i 20 min do Akropolu. W piątki ulicę obok rozstawiany jest terg, gdzie można kupić lokalne produkty: miody, przyprawy, oliwę, owoce, warzywa etc. W pobliżu mnóstwo barów, piekarni, restauracji.

perfect location, decent soundproofing, very clean, great communication and tips from the owner

the bed mattress is a bit too soft, but that's personal preference.

Impeccable Effectively it’s nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect: new, modern, size, comfort, cleanliness, location, service, nice balcony, all necessary appliances. We stayed 5 pleasant nights and we felt like home. Thank you and congratulations. Special thanks to the owner Catalina for helping us with everything.
