Clean and close to Metro. Very spacious in the room. The host Eumir was very helpful, so was the other lady.
Not sure if it is safe to open the windows at night, as I was staying on Level 1 which is kind of half a level above street level. The shower water pressure was a bit low.

Location - lots of good food around, accessible via metro. Eumir and front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.
Apartment could do with more floor mats and probably better ventilation in the bathroom.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful
The design of the apartment was not practical for example toilet door opening inwards into a small toilet. Hardly any space to move around. Toilet exhaust was noisy and we had to complaint about the fans to get replacement.
