Spacious 2 BD Apt l Downtown Cleveland l Free Parking

The communication between host and myself was really great. Very responsive host. The location of this site was just right for us. Parking wasn't an issue at all. Free parking. The 2 bedrooms was very spacious with 2 full baths

The place could use a coat of paint and new carpet.

I liked there were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment offered a coffee & tea station. Staff was great at responding when I asked questions, except for the ice maker being broke, never fixed. We had to buy ice the 24 days we stayed. There is 1 shower that is a walk in with a small angled seat.

Pictures online show a newly renovated apt, however, when we came in there were missing blinds, and no room could you close the blinds to keep out light. There was maybe 1 working fire/smoke detector, all the others were gone. There are holes in the ceiling, tape left all over the ceilings. In the back bathroom the shower curtain is dirty, too short and clearly water damage under the step in area with mold and the baseboard coming away from the wall. The towels were so cheap every time you used them they left pieces of lint on you or the sink/shower that you used them to wipe something down. 1 closet was unusable because extra pieces for the blinds were in there, along with paint & other stuff. Kitchen was said to be completely furnished. We had 3 plates, 3 forks, 3 spoons, lots of wine glasses (12), 2 small pots and 2 fry pans. No baking sheets, pizza pan, vegetable peeler, pizza cutter, mixing bowls, baking pans for a casserole. No electric appliances except a toaster. Whoever painted, literally painted around the tv, half way up the wall with a different color, but did not have straight lines or make any sense with what they painted. Looked like no one cared to paint correctly, remove all the paint dried on the carpeting and then blinds hanging together not the same length, turned in different directions and some gone completely. The main door at the entrance was being left open because the lock was broken, I mentioned that to the staff online and that did get fixed I believe in our 2nd week staying there. The white chairs need to get clean, as they are dirty and the couch was so uncomfortable. I had surgery, the beds are about 2 feet off the floor and the chairs & couches have no high backs, so beware if you are renting for that reason. I have lots more photos to back up all of my complaints that I have written as I can only add 4.
