Spiti Klementina

We booked a studio with balcony for 11 nights. We have stayed in Benitses before, so knew the area we wished to stay in. Owners Teo and Tina very responsive and responded within minutes of booking. Beautiful, modern studio with double aspect balconies, one of which has a side view of the Ionian Sea and the Greek mainland beyond. 5 minute walk to centre of Benitses and a number of restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. The property photographs are very accurate and didn’t disappoint. It was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities needed and the washing machine was an added bonus. Kitchen with fridge freezer, hob and oven, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. Superking size bed which could also be split into 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. Double wardrobe and hangers. Small table and chairs on the balcony and another within the studio. Bathroom with shower/sink/toilet, another reviewer had commented on the size of the shower, but we had no problems with it. Don’t let the fact it has no swimming pool or terrace put you off booking this place; for a small fee you can use the facilities of the Elli Marina apartments (turn left up the street), the Pontokinisi hotel (bottom of the street and turn left down the main street or Mila beach bar (straight across main street). We had a fantastic, restful holiday here and would not hesitate booking here again. Teo and Tina are lovely, delightful hosts and are easily contacted if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tina and Teo were very responsive, friendly and helpful. The room was light and airy. The fittings and fixtures were new and modern. The double aspect was lovely. It was handy having a washing machine.

We found the bathroom to be small, especially the shower area.

Schönes neuwertiges Apartment mit super Ausstattung. Waschmaschine, Kaffee etc. ist vorhanden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, welche stets für Fragen zur Verfügung stehen. Der Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in 2min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Tipp: Ein Schirm auf der Terrasse wäre klasse
