Villa Marianna

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa splendida villa a Corfù. La casa è molto grande, accogliente e perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi qualche giorno di tranquillità. La terrazza con vista sul mare è senza dubbio il tocco magico che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un ringraziamento particolare alla signora Adriana, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con un omaggio di vino e delizioso liquore locale: un gesto davvero carino e molto apprezzato.

L’unica piccola pecca sono i numerosi gradini da percorrere per raggiungere la villa, ma vi assicuro che la vista spettacolare e la bellezza della casa ripagano ampiamente la fatica!

We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Marianna! It’s clean, the scenery is wonderful, and the house is very spacious and perfect for 2 or 3 families. The house is equipped with everything you need: a washing machine, oven, microwave, and an ironing board and iron. The host was also wonderful; she helps you with absolutely everything you need. She welcomed us with cold water, wine, and fruit. One thing to keep in mind is the 130 steps—this might be a challenge for people who have difficulty climbing stairs—but trust us, the stunning scenery makes it totally worth it!

This place has so many pros, it's hard to list them all... First of all, Adriana is hands down the best host we've ever had. She is so kind, warm, and generous. She often treated us to lovely local food and was just so pleasant to chat with. Best of all, she let us check out super late because the next guests weren't coming until the next day - which was just incredible.. She gave us great tips on literally everything we asked about. We also loved Romeo, the dog living on the property. He's super friendly and cute. He doesn't bother you at all, but if you call him, he's always ready for pets and playtime <3 The location is great- it's close to Corfu Town and right near some awesome beaches. The nearby town of Benitses is super convenient for quick groceries or nice dinner (one of the best we've had on the island). Also, I highly recommend visiting Issos Beach - it's a beautiful sandy spot just a 20-minute drive away. Inside, the villa is spacious, super cozy, and has everything you need. But the absolute best part is the view!! Waking up and seeing the sea right away sets the best mood for the day. Having breakfast and dinner on the terrace with that view was just pure happiness. You'll get to see airplanes coming down for the landing, passing by the villa pretty close (I'll attach a picture). There isn't any excessive noise from them. It's cool. There is a nice BBQ area with everything you need. You can buy fresh fish in the town in the morning and grill it for dinner. definitely recommend doing that! The path up to the villa is lined with beautiful olive trees. Walking up the steps surrounded by them feels so cozy, and they add a special Greek charm to the view from the terrace. The steps up through the olive trees are super charming, but if you have heavy luggage it can be a little mini workout (totally worth it for the view, though!) Adriana offered to have someone help us with the bags when we arrived and left.

Все дуже сподобалось! Вілла просто чудова! Тут дуже чисто, затишно й доглянуто. Навколо багато квітів і дерев, усе потопає в зелені. А краєвид — просто неймовірний!
