A complete waste of time. This host shouldn't be aloud to list on here or anywhere else!!
A complete waste of time. None responsive when trying to get information on the address (Notice there's no door number listed). Then they the had the cheek to cancel just hours before check-in, when my family and I (12 of us) had already travelled to the area from various parts of the country. I booked a month in advance, then on the day they claimed to not be renting the property out anymore. Yet it was back up and available the next day for the next victim. I had kids out in the cold while trying to get assistance on all the above. Completely unacceptable. If I ever meet the person responsible, it's gonna be controversial!!

Poor communication, property showed as available but wasnt actually available, Very dissapointing
Host didnt reply to our booking leaving our family without accommodation. While i appreciate we booked on the day the phone number to call didnt work, i tried emailing them and was unable to call to verify that our booking was ok despite getting an email so say booking was confirmed

They accepted the booking for a night and asked us to cancel and promised refund , we trusted and cancelled but no refund and not answering our message and call
