Great location with private outside space all felt very secure. The facilities within the flat were all well thought out and a lot of care been taken in providing cutlery, glasses, cups etc to suit the accommodation. Beds were really comfy and the bathroom with both bath and shower was excellent and super clean.

I don't think there was anything that could have been better for our stay.

Amazing

Stayed Friday 26th to Monday 29th May for Neighbourhood Weekender Festival. Extremely clean, beautiful and modern 2 bedroom apartment. The back garden is gorgeous and it's a proper little sun trap! We were also provided with everything we could possibly need. Really comfortable and spacious, and Olivia who greeted us was extremely helpful and friendly. Located right in the centre of the lovely village of Lymm. We will 100% be returning in the future!

I selected the property as it mentioned street parking close by however in reality I needed to pay parking if I did not want to spend time driving around to look for a free space. The flat is quite noisy if people are in the flat above (creaky floors) and at weekend when people are in the bars on the main street below

Parking was a bit of a pain. Had to pay in the nearby car park but host did explain some other car park options.

too expensive, too many rules, lack of privacy and no trust

modern and outdoor space

we felt like we were being watched. cctv outside so lack of privacy, noise alert devices inside, phone handset alert devices (so no parties we were told) it felt like big brother. signs warning us we’ll be charged extra for stuff if we don’t follow the rules. 2 signs alone on the bathroom walls! we paid £100 for a cleaning fee yet had to strip the beds and empty bins etc before leaving. we felt anxious about extra charges as we were told we would incur, even using extra linen. there was no parking at the property so parked in a local car park. the flat was nice but there were no table and chairs for us to sit and eat at, just a breakfast bar with 2 stools. we left the place immaculate and followed the rules but it was uncomfortable and I’ve never had anything like this before. the owner met us at the property and scanned all our ID and I paid a breakage deposit. I know he’s paranoid about people trashing the place but if you’re paying that kind of money, you want to enjoy your holiday and relax. why do we have to be watched in the garden? I sunbathed in my bra! and why pay for a cleaning fee when you do half of it yourself before leaving?! I did like the flat but not sure if I would stay again based on the price and rules. the booking and communication beforehand was stressful and complicated and I was warned we wouldn’t be allowed to stay if under the age of 25! so I had to say I was 48! again, I’ve never had this type of scenario anywhere I’ve stayed. it’s a pretty little village, not much there but ok for a stop over. we stayed as we were going to creamfields. but it’s still 7 miles away and it was hard to find a taxi and very expensive too.

Excellent apartment

We loved the property very homely, modern and clean. Suited our need. Location was perfect and ideal.

I really did not like the approach of the agency - Jet. From experience as we have been using booking.com for years. Dealing with owners directly comes with a better customer care. The agent were very abrupt & inconsiderate. Had to pay £30 ,for arriving late, even though everyone was aware of the petrol scarcity. Although the staff that waited for our arrival (Sergio) was friendly, patient & understanding.

gorgeous apartment, and lovely location

Gorgeous apartment, well fitted out, modern, perfect for our needs. Lymm is also a really nice town/village. Plenty of places to eat. Olivia was a fab host too.

Great get away

Great location in village and beautifully decorated. All equipment you need and very clean. No parking but car park around the corner and not at all expensive. Loved little seating area at the back. Will definitely book again. Thank you Olivia and Sergio
