Really nice little flat with great living room space, perfect for a weekend away in Hayfield
Bedroom into bathroom is a little tight for space but doesn't affect the stay!

The second time of staying and it feels like a home from home.
The TV remote was a bit temperamental and could do with being replaced but we were still able to watch TV.

The location for access to the surrounding area and walks is good. The village has a number of options for food. The living area is pleasant and the kitchen well equipped.
The bedroom was small with nowhere to place a bag. The door into the bathroom is a bi-fold which opens onto the bed which is awkward. The bathroom which is also small needs refurbishing due to damp issues and there were no shelves on which to place a toiletry bag. Towels were quite rough.
