Jono was friendly and welcoming. The views were lovely. The room was well presented, comfortable and clean.
The only thing we thought was a bit disappointing was restricted use of the hot tub. We paid $400 for one night to have a room with a hot tub.
Restricted hours made us feel uncomfortable having to ask for use of the tub. Upon request they did kindly extend our evening hours, however we would have had another morning tub before we checked out if we had access. (Perhaps a short notation next to ammenities outlining the restricted use) so people are not surprised when they receive the email.

The location was excellent and all the information provided by the hosts were very helpful. Spa was great and we had a really lovely stay.
