Welcome to Wine Down on Pethick, your luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale's prestigious wine region. Our charming bungalow has been renovated top to bottom to create a calming stay in an area we love and hold so dear.
Step into a world of relaxation as you enter Wine Down. The first thing you'll notice is the breathtaking view of rolling vineyards stretching out before you, creating a picturesque backdrop for your stay. Perfect for families, bridal parties and couples.
Inside, the bungalow has meticulously designed with modern amenities and a touch of rustic charm. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and PERFECT for preparing for your big day.
The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring high-end appliances and ample space for culinary adventures after a day at the famous Willunga Farmers Markets. Enjoy meals at the dining table overlooking the vineyards or take your feast outdoors to the private patio, where you can dine al fresco amidst the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape.
When it's time to rest, retreat to one of three serene bedrooms that promise a restful night's sleep on a luxurious bed adorned with premium linens. Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and step outside to breathe in the fresh country air from your private deck. Listen to the birds and watch the live animals stroll by as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy cozy evenings by the fire pit with a glass of local wine in hand.
We are lucky enough to be surrounded by working farms and live animals. You may hear and see chickens, ducks, sheep and horses during your stay with us. Our neighbours at Windmill Creek Farm are even known share home-grown veggies, fresh honey and seasonal flowers.
