for a low budget this was a perfect place close transport and the city for me to explore the city and surrounding areas.
everything was honestly really good. i was down stairs though and the person above me was very loud at nightime which made it a bit had to sleep. but that wasn't the fault of this place. just be aware.

allowed animals, available last minute, prompt reply from host, nice area if you have wheels, piping hot water
I dont want to be too harsh, this place was dirt cheap and I didn't expect much, and at the end of the day I slept well and didn't get bedbugs so....
- stinky dank shared area; slumlord vibes
- didn't have toilet paper or handsoap when I arrived! Or enough towels. Though they did doordash me some pretty quick
- obviously slapped together to make a quick buck
- electrical work is probably dangerous
- weird door to hallway is just plywood, and fake framed. There was a couple fighting outside this door at 1am (i managed to sleep through it somehow; my partner and dog did not)
- fake kitchen. Sink is a laundry tub. Inadequate smattering of dishes/cutlery, but I would avoid eating here anyway
- sketchy locks. Room lock was the kind you'd find on a bathroom door, can open with a credit card. Outside keypad door was misaligned so bolt wouldn't latch properly sometimes. If this was a sketchier/busier area, I would not have felt secure
