I appreciated the size of the apartment, as well as the fact that it was equipped with 3 TVs and a fully functional kitchen. Access was easy, and the beds were comfortable. When we stayed there, the apartment had probably not been rented out for some time. It was clear that it had been cleaned earlier, but some dust had settled on the floors and in the bathroom. Overall, however, it didn't mind very much as I noticed a pleasant smell upon entering and clean sheets on the beds. Although the apartment is very good overall, there are a few things missing that could significantly improve the guest experience with minimal cost and effort from the owner: a trash bin in the bathroom (!), replacement of some bathroom fixtures (for example, the shower holder is rusty), better-quality toilet paper (and it would have been helpful to receive at least two full rolls for a four-day stay, considering how thin it was), a mirror near a wardrobe—there is only one mirror in the bathroom, making it difficult to check your look before leaving the apartment, and a microwave in the kitchen. I appreciated finding four bottles of water in the refrigerator, but there was only 1 coffee capsule next to the espresso machine (for two people staying four days ?!). The intentions are good, but attention to detail makes all the difference for a property with a Booking.com rating above 9.0.

Communication with the owner was somewhat difficult because they do not speak English at all. We eventually managed using Google Translate. What I did not like was that the apartment is not soundproofed at all. There was a tremendous amount of noise both from the street and from neighboring apartments. It was surprising how the noise continued even after midnight. Although the beds were comfortable, we were unable to get proper rest because of the constant noise. This is not the owner's fault, but it is definitely something future guests should be aware of. In addition, although the route from the train station to the property is convenient and easy to follow, it is extremely dirty. We did not encounter any problems, but the area surrounding the apartment suffers from poor cleanliness standards, with litter, unpleasant odors, and, most notably, various types of animal waste in public spaces. This completely detracts from the holiday atmosphere and overall experience, especially as the city tax is quite consistent (6eur/pers/night).

I had a wonderful stay and truly felt at home for the entire week. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. The host is attentive and available whenever needed, which made the experience even more comfortable. It’s an ideal accommodation for families, offering both comfort and convenience. The central station is just a 15-minute walk away, with easy access to buses and the metro, and Naples International Airport is only about 30 minutes away. There are also shops, restaurants, and a small market nearby, which makes daily needs very easy to manage. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Naples.
