Chic apartment with terrace

The apartment is nice: modern, spacious and clean and the hosts are really friendly and accommodating. There was a bit of an incident out of their control on the Sunday and due to the bad weather but they were super lovely and helpful— and let me stay later the next day as I had a late flight and wasn’t feeling well. The terrace is a lovely space as well. Good utensils and items to cook with in the kitchen.

- No basic amenities like salt, pepper, coffee pods and oil. There was only 1 coffee pod left and two spoonfuls of sugar because no one had bothered to replace them. Having to go out and spend money all these things just to have to leave it all behind after a 3 night stay isn’t ideal. - There’s no lighting on the terrace. It’s such a lovely space, but if you want to sit out there at night, it gets quite dark. There’s only a bit of light from a street lamp - luckily you have candles to light so I wasn’t in complete darkness, but some fairy lights would be nice and would really enhance it. - You don’t have a smoke alarm or a carbon monoxide alarm, which is really dangerous. - I generally love dogs, but I’m afraid yours are quite off-putting. One of them especially (looks like a German shepherd) is particularly aggressive and makes walking in and out of the compound quite stressful, as he barks and growls loudly and throws himself against the fence when you’re walking past. They are also left outside 24/7 with no effort to calm them down when they get angry either, which really doesn’t help. I know you’re just starting out renting out the apartment, so I don’t want to sound too critical - just hoping the above will help you for future bookings.
