Очень комфортная кровать, матрас оптимальный, спится крепко. Комната оборудована всем необходимым и даже более, есть всё для создания комфорта: гигиенический душ, кондиционер, вентилятор, посуда, чайник, стулья, вешалка для одежды и другое. Понравилось заботливое отношение хозяев к гостям. К пачкам чая и кофе подают ножницы, что очень мило, и удобно. Завтрак полноценный, богатый. Можно выбрать время завтрака. Рядом универсальный магазин и улица, ведущая на берег.
Окна не прозрачные (матовая плёнка) и пыльные. То есть чтобы видеть мир, нужно открыть, но рамы не были протёрты. Окно на задний двор было заставлено инвентарём с внешней стороны, как будто его не предполагают открывать.
