Lovely views of the coast. The room was basic but perfect and the bed was so comfy and big. For the money we paid this is a great choice. Loved that there was a kitchen and living area we could use.
A bit further out of the town but not by much, 2 min drive to the front high street. Maybe 20/30 min walk.

The location is amazing - great views over Apollo Bay and a friendly kangaroo family on the meadow right next to it. The lounge room is cozy and the kitchen well equipped with crockery, cutlery, a big fridge and free tea and coffee.
Everything seemed pretty neglected. The deck next to the house has lots of loose boards and needs repainting. Going out to the outdoor table you pretty much run into the clothesline which is at neck level. We had the cheap room with the „private external toilet and shower“. The toilet bowl and shower itself were ok but the fly screens and window sills were very dirty. Also, the owner doesn‘t seem to live there and it‘s not clear where to enter the property and how to find the rooms.
