Everything was fine. Staff VERY helpful and friendly. Room was a good size for my 5 day stay

A minor thing: Some drawers or even some shelving for clothes would be helpful for longer stays by mine. For a 1 or 2 night stay, it's not that necessary.

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and it had an excellent shower. Its location is in walking distance to Apollo Bay’s shops and restaurants.

The location and charge were good, situated away from mainstream traffic.

Our expectation after booking was that we would be allocated with two rooms, both of which would be provided with two 'large double beds'. We got one queen bed in one room and two single beds in the other. After unsuccessfully arguing the point with the receptionist we were advised that this room and what came with it was totally booked by Booking.com and that the room that did meet our expectation was taken. Further, our room was on the first floor and only accessible via a steep set of exterior wooden stairs that are very dangerous and slippery. It was pouring rain which added to the difficulty experienced in not slipping when having to carry a large travel bag up and down it. The stairs came with a warning sign, free of charge.
