The restoration of the old house has been done veery well. The house is in a great location, very quiet with plenty of space and room to move. Being able to site outside and just watch nature was very restful.

Loved the rustic quality of the cottage and the setting was lovely. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant lounge area. Nice and close to Cooma.
The sleeping comfort would be improved by some mattress toppers and new pillows.

Our grand kids loved being able to feed the chickens and animals. Beautiful location.
The shower water ran out away from the floor waste. Making the bathroom floor wet. Tv did not work very well.
