New 3 bedroom house in Cooma - up to 8 guests

The location was perfect for our needs. The townhouse was spotless. We were there essentially to get ready for an evening out, sleep, and get ready again for work the next day so we didn't use the cooking or entertainment facilities. The couch was comfy, there is plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable. All bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a bathroom upstairs and one downstairs, the downstairs one is larger and has the laundry facilities. Because of the stairs, both to get in to the townhouse and to get up to the bedrooms, this would not be suitable for a mobility-impaired guest.

As we were staying there to attend a work event that night, it would have been good to have a mirror in the house, perhaps on one of the wardrobes. Apart from the small bathroom ones, there is nowhere for a fit check before you step out the door.

Over all it was a nice stay. The house was nice and big. Kids enjoyed their stay as well. Very comfortable stay

The BBQ machine was not very clean and there was no dishwasher. Other than this it was a great accomodation.

Great location. Good amenities.

The sofa was dusty and had crumbs. The bedsheet was a bit itchy and I am not sure if they had some crumbs or dust in there too.

The heater downstairs was good. Clean and convenient.

Unable to find instruction book to operate the air conditioner and the chain on the door was broken. Couldn't find wifi password.
