Hidden charges, unfair communication from host. After stay, host claimed for dirty towels and bed sheets and deducted 80 eur from 100 eur deposit explaining that they cannot be washed. Also, applied late check out charge, which had no any grounds. After asking to provide any evidences (repots of laundering services, photos, payments for replacement etc.) host stayed silent and offered to claim it under booking policy and contract. One of the worst experiences in having engagement with holiday place host. Also, illegal cctv cameras are installed, we covered them with towels. Not sure, if they are turned on.
