Modern Apt, 2 Minutes to Beach La Barceloneta, City Center

Velmi dobrá lokalita kousek od pláže, v blízkosti zastávka autobusu, o trochu dál i metro (10-15 min), obchod s potravinami, restaurace, půjčovna aut. Byt byl malý, ale výborně zařízený, velmi čistý, včetně dobrého vybavení kuchyně, nadstandardně s mycími prostředky, prášky do pračky, sůl, olej aj. základní potraviny, fungující klimatizace, sušák na prádlo na balkóně - určitě patřilo k nadstandardně vybaveným apartmánům, které jsme zatím navštívili.

Schodiště bylo úzké a točité, ale byt byl ve 2. patře, takže OK. Na ulici byla cítit kanalizace (ale byt byl perfektně čistý).

Molto preparato e professionale Ci ha spiegato chiaramente tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno alloggio in Ottima posizione per la spiaggia / Metro / Bus / Supermercati / ristoranti Molto pulito. La signora delle pulizie aveva appena finito di pulire. Abbiamo potuto effettuare il Check in anticipo rispetto all'ora prestabilita

Location is excellent , near the beach 3 minutes if you love to exercise the beach has nice place for exercise see the attached photo , clean , full kitchen , the apartment can accommodate a family of 4 , supermarkets are very close , Joan the check-in person was very helpful NOTE: the Sala is small if you are more than two travelers , the apartment in the fourth floor , but the stairs are very short 13 steps for each floor if you are fit the stairs are not a big deal , there was some construction work but it was during the day time

I couldn't sleep in the big room during the day time since the curtain couldn't be pull down to block the sun light the kitchen is missing the cutting board if you are planning to cook ask the host or bring yours

Locatie is prima. Alle faciliteiten zijn in orde.

Het appartement is erg krap. Had verwacht dat het veel ruimer zou zijn, zeker gezien de prijs. Die is echt te hoog voor het gebodene. Kon TV niet aan de praat krijgen.
