We are a family of 6 adults, and the property is good for us for a 1 night stay. Sitting room is spacious. Overall it is clean and tidy. Location is extremely convenient, just 1 min walk from the famous morning market, yet as it is located in an inner street, it was mostly quiet. There is a parking space right at the property, which just fit in for our rental Alphard 8-seater, which made it very convenient for us.
While beds were more than enough, the rooms are relatively small and you may have problems if you have large luggages. Sitting room, bath and shower are set on the ground floor, while bedrooms are on the upper floor. Means you will have to walk up and down all the time, But fortunately there is one toilet on the upper floor as well.

As close to the heart of the morning markets as you can get, yet quiet and cosy. Excellent for families.
The kerosene heater was not sufficiently filled so we could not use it from the last night until checkout day.
