Cubo's Apartamento C2 BD Lubina del Sol

Het balkon met uitzicht was elke dag genieten. Echt fantastisch. Alles is aanwezig in het appartement. Kijk even in alle laatjes. Grote koelkast met diepvries, wasmachine en vaatwasser. Heerlijke douche en handdoeken. Er lag ook extra beddengoed. Zeer centrale locatie van vliegveld tot uitstapjes. Echt een aanrader.

Appartement was niet schoon. Er lagen wel doekjes maar we hadden zelf al gekocht en een schoonmaakspray. Tip voor de eigenaar: zet er een nieuwe bank neer met een afneembare stof. 2 nieuwe barkrukken en strandstoeltjes. Eventueel een grotere parasol of eentje erbij. Dat zou een enorme meerwaarde zijn voor dit schitterende appartement. En 2 sleutelbossen. Je komt zonder sleutel niet van het park. Je moet de sleutelbos op de tafel laten liggen. Wel even goed plannen hoe je daarna van het terrein af komt. Wij waren met zijn drieën en zijn bij de poort blijven staan om deze open te houden, auto hadden we al buiten het terrein gezet. Wees voorbereid op de muggen. Zwembad was diep en groot, werd niet schoongemaakt. De eenden zwommen er eind van de middag in. Uitwerpselen lagen op de rand.

The refurbishment is modern, clean, neat, and tidy. All the kitchen appliances you could possibly need. Power shower! Roof terrace is still superb, excellent for people watching, sun bathing, and moonlight lit nights. Location is ideal for great beach bars & restaurants. The completed boardwalk allows for walks to Cala Mijas & Capobino marina & beach. We will be back...

Noisy neighbours upstairs, running their washing machine late at night. Waste disposal bins were hard to find and much further away than we remembered. The swimming pool was not cleaned often enough, and on one day, the pool recirculating pump had been turned off! 😳 this is a shame as the pool is a pleasant length to swim.

The apartment was clean and renovated. The kitchen was very well equipped. Excellent sea view. The flat could be 100-120 m2 with a terrace but the inside was only 50m2. The terrace was huge and partly glazed. We liked especially the glazed terrace and the tennis court, which belonged to the bock of flats.

If you are asked when you arrive you expect to meet someone at that time at the apartment. However, we had to make several phone calls to the given number to solve the problem. First, there was none to speak English. Then we waited 90 minutes to get the keys. They informed that they serve you with English, Spanish, and French. But our experience was that you should speak rather Spanish. These were the problems in the beginning. We had 2 weeks holiday, therefore, 90 minutes is not so bad but you expect some punctuality. The rest of our stay was excellent and we are also planning to return back mainly because of the terrace, sea view, and tennis court.
