Located on the beachfront and with a communal swimming pool, it has direct access to the communal garden and the extensive sandy beach, as well as a coastal promenade that will allow you to discover the best leisure and dining venues from La Cala de Mijas to Puerto Cabopino.
Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates, and schedules established by the owners' community, which may vary according to season or internal decisions.
The accommodation, located on a ground floor with access via stairs or a special lift for people with reduced mobility, has an unassigned parking space, the availability of which may vary during peak season due to community use. The agency and the owner are not responsible for this limitation.

The location is fantastic – just a couple of steps from the beach! We loved waking up to the beautiful morning sea view and having a lovely promenade nearby for peaceful walks. The apartment is excellently equipped and very comfortable. It's also close to some nice restaurants and shops, which made everything very convenient. There is parking available, but it's not a reserved space. During high summer season, especially if you arrive late in the evening, it can be a bit tricky to find a spot. Aside from that, everything was perfect.We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Just back from a memorable stay at this apartment which is front line beach/sea views. The owner was on site to meet us and even granted early access to check-in. The apartment was modern and wanted for nothing. Perfect setup for family with kids as both the pool and beach are within 20m of the terrace. The boardwalk along the coast provides easy walking access to plenty of restaurants and bars. I’d definitely reccomend staying here.
