1-bedroom apartment with a large private terrace, located in the San Vicente neighbourhood of the historic centre of Seville. It is very close to the Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and pubs.
The apartment features a living room with sofa, desk and TV. Open-plan kitchen well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The apartment's large terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and fitted with a watering system for the plants. There is also a canopy for the hot summer days.
The property is situated in a small street with little car traffic, which leads from the lively Alameda de Hercules towards the river. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, as the building is set back from the street by a large interior courtyard.

The location for this apartment is perfect. Close to the the centre but very quiet with Tapas bars and a square a few steps away.
The south facing terrace was perfect for early evening drinks and very sheltered on cooler days.

Duschtuer müsste mal erneuert werden.
Haupteingang mit Schlüssel war sehr schwer zu öffnen.

Seville est une ville magnifique. On s’y sent bien.Et quelle chance d’y aller pendant la Feria !!! Défilé de robes plus belles les unes que les autres!!

pæn lejlighed med nyt badeværelse og dejlig terrasse. Køkkenet er meget slidt. der er en halv times gang til centrum, men kvarteret er livligt med mange cafeer.
