1-bedroom apartment with a large private terrace, located in the historic centre of Seville. San Vicente neighbourhood. It is very close to Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and pubs.
The apartment features a living room with sofa, desk and TV. There is a kitchen equipped for self-catering and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom with a double bed of 140x200cm.
The apartment's large terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and fitted with a watering system for the plants. Due to its L-shape, there is direct sun, and also shade, for most of the day.
The property is situated in a small street with very little car traffic, which leads from the lively Alameda de Hercules towards the river. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, as the building is set back from the street by a large interior courtyard.

The property was clean and had all the amenities you'd need. The terrace was a lovely addition especially morning to early afternoon where it had full sun. It was a very quiet area too which we enjoyed. The tapas bars/restaurants nearby were amazing and very reasonably priced. Good walking distance to all the sites in Seville

You’re welcome by Manuel was thorough. The apartment is spacious, and it was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes there. The neighborhood is lively, and there are many restaurants very close by.
