On the south-west coast of Tenerife, 400 meters from the Atlantic coast, in a wonderful PUERTO SANTIAGO located modern residential complex "RESIDENCIAL PLAYA DE LA ARENA", one of the most important complexes in the south-west of the island.
This townhouse has 2 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The living room includes a sofa, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. WiFi is available free of charge. AC and heating available, sound proof windows.
Puerto Santiago, a small town with 10,000 inhabitants, which belongs to the municipality of Santiago del Teide. This is one of the most beautiful places in Tenerife. The neighbourhood of this area is full of contrasts and remarkable landscapes, which are world heritage sites, namely: the majestic Los Gigantes cliffs, mysterious Mount Teide, and the amazing scenery of the national park Las Cañadas.
In the resort centre of Puerto Santiago, is the most beautiful beach in the southern part of the island natural with black volcanic sand - "PLAYA DE LA ARENA" (Spanish: "sandy beach"), has repeatedly been awarded the "blue flag" of UNESCO.
Of the seven golf courses located in Tenerife, six are located within a radius of 30 km from Puerto Santiago.

The house has lots of space, and is clean and comfortable. The check in process was clearly communicated, and the host very quick to respond to queries. We had no problems during our stay, but we're reassured we could contact the host at any time.
The accommodation was very conformable and had all we needed. The shared pool was very quiet and felt as though we had it to ourselves!
