While the rooms are inaccessible via car, the property had someone waiting for us at the car drop-off point to help collect our bags. They were quick, friendly, and entirely necessary - its difficult to navigate the twists and turns of the Santorini hills without a guide! The room was exactly as pictured with a private indoor pool and an outdoor hot tub overlooking the classic Santorini hills. A completely picturesque location with friendly staffed. Breakfast was served in the morning - eggs, croissants, jams, fresh fruit, coffee, and our mini fridge was stocked with beers, water, and soda before our arrival. I would absolutely stay here again.
The ONLY negative thing about our stay was a slight mishap when it came for our pick up. The hotel arranged for a cab to meet us at the port, but our ferry arrived 30 minutes late. The driver did not wait for us (which is completely understandable) but the hotel did not reach out to us about it, so when we arrived to port we had no one to pick us up. We then had to scramble to find another shuttle to take us to Oia as we had a boating excursion booked with a very tight turnaround.
Because of this confusion, we missed the shuttle to the boat, which cost our group an additional $75 that we didn't anticipate spending. Overall, not a huge deal, but an unfortunate misunderstanding. The hotel was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, which made pivoting our plans easy.

Wonderful location and quite amazing amenities. We enjoyed the minipool and hot-tub and the patio in particular. Really great management and housekeeping, just perfect for us. Beds were soft and comfortable, too, some of the best sleep we’ve had in Greece even with a concert going on up the hill on the high street.
In the hot-tub the jets were perhaps a little loud, not sure if that can be addressed or not, really no big deal.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Right in the center of Fira, but on a more private path, this is the perfect location for your stay with the main bus station just a few minutes’ walk away. I stayed in the sea view room with the outdoor hot tub, and it was heavenly. The perfect place to watch the sunset away from crowds.
The owner was so thoughtful in providing everything we needed, and introducing me to my new favorite Santorini wine. She was so helpful in providing recommendations. When our ferry was canceled due to wind, she even offered to have us stay an extra night. And breakfast in the morning on the deck was spectacular. Truly a magical stay!

The location and views of the Caldera
The property was advertised on Bookings.com and seperate bedroom and living room which is completely inaccurate as it it one room it’s the main bed( which was supposed to be in the bedroom?) Seperate by 1 metre from the single bed (In the living room).
This is one room, no way to mistake it for two rooms.
Extremely disappointing.
