It was a delight to stay there.
The location was fantastic, the view was spectacular, the facilities were outstanding.
For a 5 star Accommodation and the price that we paid, the Breakfast was very average.

We stayed in the Superior Villa accommodation, and it was an absolute dream.
We are a family of four, and the separate bedrooms, hot tub, and pool areas were perfect for allowing everyone to spread out and enjoy the space. We stayed four nights in Santorini and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets right from the comfort of this amazing villa.
The Wi-Fi in the upstairs bedroom and terrace area isn’t great, but honestly—who needs Wi-Fi with views like these?
The location is amazing—just steps away from Fira’s restaurants and shops, yet still private and peaceful enough to feel like your own little escape.
Every morning, a fresh breakfast was delivered to the villa, and housekeeping came daily to clean and provide fresh towels. If you want to spend the day relaxing and enjoying the villa without interruption, you can simply ask them not to come.
We highly recommend Aesthesis Boutique Villas and truly hope to return someday. Our stay here was everything we hoped Santorini would be.
It was truly a dream come true.
The price you pay for staying on the caldera side is the steps to navigate to and from with your luggage on arrival and departure - totally worth it but would be nice to have a porter service to assist with all of the luggage - we had one young man who was wonderful to assist but with a family of four (four carryons and four backpacks) it was still a bit of a struggle / workout carrying the luggage up and down the caldera to meet the driver-

location is exceptional.

Air Conditioning was very cold.
WiFi was bad
Breakfast was average.
it’s like a dark cave with no sun light only from the main door.
No privacy, the shower is visible from all area.
Last, the villa we had chosen and reserved first before they upgrade was perfect. but this villa wasn’t up to our expectations
