I like Carol, she is doing such a good job, checking if I am ok all the time. Whatever I needed Carol was there for me. The room is very clean and comfortable so BE Residence is really a best buy option in Cebu City
Little bit of smell coming out of sink even tho the building is totally new, but it's Phillipinnes, you can hardly avoid it.
Entrance street La Guardia is also not pleasant, but it is Cebu City, a very dirty city. Gym could be better, but just enough for a vacation workout.

The service lady was friendly and she tried her best to help me.
1) The location is far away from IT park nearly 1.1 km from all facilities.
2) there was no hairdryer provided and shower is on the head fixed so every time shower hairs get wet
3) shower gel and shampoo was really like nothing
4) there was no water provided
over =all it is charged double in comparison with IT park serviced apartment however facilities provided are not competent
