Staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty, great location.
No mini fridge was annoying since we couldn’t keep water cold

From start to finish we head a great stay here. Beautiful house, cosy and airconditioned room, comfy bed and a very nice private shaded piece of garden. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast that Kasun made us every morning and were often accompanied by a cute monkey family. Very close to Hyrikitiya beach, we rented a scooter to explore the beautiful area.

Location was good and the staff were great. The place could do with an upgrade. The outside space was lovely.
Bathroom was very basic and quite dated. Could do with a kettle. Rooms very very small.
