The staff were great, upgraded us to a room with windows (basic room has no windows apparently) and helped us delay our check out time as needed. Room was clean great amenities including a projector and bath tub in our upgraded room.
Property location VERY misleading. 20 minutes from Taikoo Li and Chunxi road. The building is also office and student accomodation so very busy, difficult to get elevators during peak times. Initially found it hard to find the accomodation
