    Staying in this hotel, you can feel the hospitality of the staff starting from the moment you enter to the minute you leave. The front desk is very helpful in sorting my requests promptly with patience. Especially when I told them I would leave at 5:30am, the staff suggested to provide me a breakfast as it's too early for the restaurant to start the breakfast buffet. I said I didn't need it BUT it's the first time I had been offered this service any hotel didn't do so in the past few decades! It's really TOUGHING! The room is clean, tidy and spacious, it will be better off if a mini refrigerator is provided inside a room. The breakfast buffet lets you taste the Sichuan flavor and fuel you up.

    I find hotel value for money; location is walking distance to metro station or Chunxi shopping street; staff super friendly. This is my 3 trips to this hotel and 8 pre/post stays at hotel. Like it a lot. I used Chengdu to places surrounding Chengdu

    The room is not ready when checked in and staff didn't know that. When went to the room, the room is not cleaned yet.
