It was new and clean

The breakfast was very ordinary. One morning the cheese was fowl and the hor water kettle was used for coffee the day before so next morning the tea all tasted like coffee

Nicely fitted rooms with a fridge. Good shower, comfy beds. Very good value for money. Clean, friendly staff.

The room finishing should be improved, such as tile cuttings. The walls are very thin. The elevator has no inner door. The breakfast is basic and could be improved, especially coffee and food selection.

The location is in a slightly less safe neighborhood and out of the city center

We arrived with our family at 3:00 PM and parked our car near the hotel. I asked the hotel manager if the place was safe for the car. He said yes. We went out into the city with our family. When we returned to the hotel at 7:30 PM, the car's windshield was broken. The vacation didn't go well.

not a safe place, no security from the hotel staff, they wanted to tell me that it is not a safe place for a car, I had also paid for private parking somewhere just so that this wouldn't happen to me.

Reception closes at eleven in the evening so it can be difficult if you want to check in after that. Once you're checked in. You're given a key card that will allow you to enter and exit after closing

There is an elevator. But if some inconsiderate upper-floor guest forgets to close the elevator door at their level, the elevator ceases to function and you'll have to climb some very steep steps to reach your room. It happened to me and I'm a senior. Very frustrating. Also, all windows must be securely closed or the AC is keyed not to work.

My recent stay at Downtown was nothing short of outstanding. In a world where hospitality often feels impersonal, Downtown Suites is a shining example of how it should be done: with heart, class, and a deep respect for the guest experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any traveler seeking comfort, authenticity, and impeccable service. I look forward to returning soon.

Υπέροχο πρωινό το οποίο και περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή. Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό, έτοιμο να ικανοποιήσει κάθε (λογικό) αίτημα.

Μεγαλύτερη έμφαση και προσοχή στην καθαριότητα δωματίων.

Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο όπως και όλο το συγκρότημα. Τοποθεσία αρκετά καλή για πρόσβαση στο κέντρο ( περίπου 15 λεπτά έως τα Λαδάδικα και 25' έως Πλατεία Αριστοτέλους). Προσωπικό ευγενέστατο.

Το πρωινό ήταν κάθε μέρα το ίδιο ( εκτός από μια μικρή διαφοροποίηση στο γλυκό). Επίσης, η ομελέτα και τα λουκάνικα στο ζεστό ρεσό, αμφιβάλλω αν προτιμούνται από πελάτες. Στρώμα και μαξιλάρια καθόλου άνετα όπως επίσης και μια μικρή παρατήρηση που έχει να κάνει με πρακτικό κομμάτι. Δεν γίνεται να βάζεις ρόμαν στο παράθυρο που είναι στην πλάτη του κρεβατιού το οποίο να είναι έξω από την εσοχή του παραθύρου ( πίσω από τα μαξιλάρια) με αποτέλεσμα σε οποιαδήποτε κίνηση σου το βράδυ να κτυπάει στον τοίχο, Εννοείται ότι η λύση να το σηκώσεις δεν είναι εφικτή μιας κι έχει άλλα παράθυρα απέναντι από το δωμάτιο. Χώρος στάθμευσης είναι λίγο πρόβλημα και θέλει προσπάθεια.
