It was a terrible experience, I don't recommend this place.
A deposit was taken upon arrival at the facility. They made up baseless excuses and never refunded it.

Stayed at GoodStop Center from 9–14 October 2025. The room was in a basement with an unpleasant smel
The room was clean, and the check-in process was simple. The location was convenient.
I stayed at GoodStopCenter in Vilnius from October 9–14, 2025.
The room was located in a basement with an unpleasant smell. The hotel tried to call it a “ground floor” room, but in reality it was a converted basement of an old Soviet-era building, not a proper residential floor. The bed was a folding sofa, the bedding was synthetic and uncomfortable, and the pillows caused headaches. Towels were very small, and although Wi-Fi was advertised, the password provided did not work, and the hotel did not respond to my messages about this issue.
The biggest issue is my €190 deposit, which has still not been refunded, even though almost a month has passed since my check-out. The hotel requested the deposit to be transferred to a Polish bank account, which is very unusual for a property in Vilnius. Additionally, I paid €20 in cash for the city tax as instructed.
The hotel also cancelled my booking in the system after I had already checked in, which caused confusion and made it difficult to contact Booking.com.
Furthermore, the photos and address on Booking.com are misleading. The listing shows Studentų g. 45, but the check-in instructions directed me to Studentų g. 41, a completely different building. The main photo on Booking.com shows a modern office-type building, which does not reflect the actual property.
This combination of misleading information, poor amenities, and an unresolved deposit gives the impression that the property is dishonest and untrustworthy. It is unacceptable to treat guests in this way, especially in a country where fair and transparent service is expected.
I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property to prevent similar problems.

Lokalizacja OK, czystość też.
Na początek – zdjęcie budynku ze szklanymi szybami przedstawia budynek naprzeciwko, a nie ten, w którym odbywał się pobyt.
Parking faktycznie jest, ale miejski i płatny, a nie darmowy, jak podano w ofercie.
Śniadanie to nie bufet, lecz tylko jajka i croissant w lodówce.
Najważniejsze: kaucja 150 €, pobrana na wypadek szkód i obiecywana do zwrotu w ciągu 14 dni, do dziś nie została zwrócona (minęły już 4 tygodnie).
