Family & Contractors 3 BR Bungalow Cot Garden Netflix Coffee Station

This is a good sized bungalow with lots of living space and 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and an additional toilet. It’s in a nice, quiet residential location but also has easy access to transport routes. There’s free parking on the drive outside for two vehicles. A co-op and takeaway food shops within walking distance. And the owner was very responsive to messages and arrived promptly to sort out a simple problem we had with a fuse blowing the lights on our first night. For one or two nights stay it’s ok.

The property isn’t really set up for longer stays at the moment - the kitchen isn’t well equipped with pans, bowls, cups, glasses etc, the bedrooms don’t have bedside tables or lamps, the wardrobes weren’t in the best condition and the level of cleanliness wasn’t great. But this has all been communicated to the owner and he has said he will review and rectify these small niggles. We thought as it was a bungalow it would be suitable for my fiancée who is disabled but with steps leading up to the front door, raised doorways and no handrails in the bathroom it wasn’t really accessible - just something to be aware of if you have mobility difficulties.
