Terrible communication and damaged property.
Comfy beds and clean bedding and towels. Plenty of space for 6 adults.
Bad communication unless they needed the deposit. Broken chairs, not enough comfortable or safe places to sit. Dirty areas in the house. Dirty frying pan in oven. A lot of things damaged or broken. Cigarettes butts in garden and a broken chair chucked outside. Tv not connected to an aerial or steaming devices. Very dissatisfied and when I received out several times, I have been ignored.

Nice design, good location and parking in driveway for 2 cars was helpful
Needed a thorough clean, not just a surface clean. Ironing board had a big ugly stain on it and when I told the host, not much was given to fix the issue? Also - there were old wrappers under the tv cabinet which clearly hadn’t been dusted or cleaned. Also - a severe oversight is not having any wardrobe space to hang stuff. Nowhere to put coats or clothes. Just felt cramped and it’s like no thought has gone into the practicality of the house.
