5 mins to Sinchon station, 5 mins to Yonsei Univ and 10 mins Hongik Univ on foot, Denden stay

La limpieza, ubicación a 2 minutos del metro de la línea circular, tamaño espacioso teniendo en cuenta cómo son los apartamentos en Seul, aire acondicionado, camas cómodas, lavadora-secadora, con todo lo necesario para el aseo, sin ruidos externos...pudimos descansar perfectamente. Nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Todo fenomenal, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es un quinto piso sin ascensor aunque para nosotros no fue un problema.

Nice little apartment with kitchen, washer, dryer, and water machine! Really nice that they included detergent and other cleaning supplies. I also appreciate that the water machine has hot water, cold water, and ice! Some of the apartment was modernized. The AC in the living room is powerful, which is nice and they have one in two of the bedrooms. The owner is also really responsive. When the lock broke and we couldn’t get into the property, he was able to get someone to come out quickly and get it fixed even though it was at past midnight!

The property doesn’t have an elevator to the fifth floor so if you have a lot of luggage, it’s hard to get everything up and down. The toilet paper was really rough. One of the rooms doesn’t have an air conditioner, so it replies on the one in the living room. And one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms had some black stains on it…wasn’t sure if it was mold, or what. The bedding also seemed a like old. When we got to the apartment, the owner sent us a message that we’d be charged extra if we used too much of the utilities and made a mess, which wasn’t described on the property page, though we had no issues with this.

位置合适，居于新村商圈，买东西、吃饭、坐地铁、公交都很方便。特别是新世界百货可供购买品牌多。 房间干净整洁，毛巾、锅碗瓢盆、洗衣机烘干机、制冰机饮水器都有。 整体性价比较高。

像很多人说的，楼层较高，需要青壮年抬行李箱。 临街，凌晨垃圾车的声音有点吵。

All good were so clean and stylish! And the location was very convenient for us to go shopping, take a walk, eat something! The rooms were big, so we could stay comfortably!
