Luxury on 12th floor - breathtaking ocean view

This apartment is perfectly situated in the trendy Aarhus Ø district, with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants just steps away, as well as a convenient supermarket nearby. The city centre is easily accessible within a pleasant 20-minute walk or a short bus ride, making it an ideal base for exploring Aarhus. The surrounding architecture, including striking designs by Bjarke Ingels, adds to the unique atmosphere of the area. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully styled, featuring elegant Danish interior design that complements its modern surroundings. A private parking space in the building’s car park is available at a discounted rate, which is a valuable addition. Jonas is an exceptional host - friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. He checks in to ensure everything is perfect and goes the extra mile, even keeping the bar well stocked. A truly enjoyable stay from start to finish.

We could not find a coffee maker in the well equipped kitchen. So we sponsored the excellent coffee bar downstairs. 😉

Die Lage und der Ausblick auf die Stadt und das Meer sind perfekt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und es gibt eine schöne große Küchenzeile. Das Bad ist großzügig. Der Parkplatz sehr nah am Fahrstuhl.

Der Fahrstuhl braucht manchmal recht lange. Es ist dort teilweise sehr windig.

Alles war perfekt, keiner wollte wieder zurück nach Hause ;-)

We loved our stay in the apartment, the views were amazing and the apartment is very spacious, nicely designed and very well equipped. We loved the lights. The location is also great, just right in the middle of Aarhus Ø. Jacob was a great host and provided a lot of helpful instructions. We also loved the little bar. We also went up to the top of the building and had a great sunset. Highly recommended :) Parking is also great and convenient in the basement garage.
