You got what you paid for, very comfortable

Easy checkin & checkout. The room was really clean and nice, wasn’t even scared to be there alone, also the bathroom is huge and really nice (they have there so many shampoos, shower gels, etc..!!).

Communication with the owner it’s little bit harder - late or none responses, but also like I didn’t have any big issue anyway. The walls are really thin so you can hear people from the other room. Also those people were VERY LOUD!!! especially at night!!! But that’s not owner’s fault!

Felt like an adult hostel, with many rooms with a shared kitchen and shared bathrooms. Convenient walking distance to metro stop, some basic breakfast resources included, a/c available, quiet aside from construction on house next door. It’s definitely a good value for the location.

Parking nearby is available and free but you have to move your car between 10am and 2pm. Also the host is not very responsive. They prefer WA, so I sent our IDs and two questions about parking the morning of our check in. They didn’t reply to me until the next day at 2pm (so I already would’ve been ticketed if I didn’t figure it out myself) with no apology for the delay. In the meantime, they already sent me an automated email asking for a 10 star review? It wasn’t an urgent question, but left me feeling annoyed.

Clean and easy to find. Breakfast options self-service were good.

There were signs and rules for everything and everywhere in the house. Owners seem to be frustrated with some guests and that resulted writing detailed rules for pretty much anything, creating a rather bizarre vibe. But that’s just a feeling as we didn’t get to meet the hosts.
