the quality of the apartment was exceptional, the attention to detail with inclusions made it a great experience
being charged a $95 cleaning fee after i had paid the full fee on booking.com, i was called days before my stay and was told i have to now pay a $95 cleaning fee or they will cancel my booking. I explained no cleaning fee was ever disclosed on booking.com when i booked and paid, they said they made a mistake with not disclosing the fee as the listing was new. I said thats not my fault and why should i pay a fee that was never disclosed, they said they would cancel my booking if i didnt pay - i couldn't rebook as i had to attend an important event - Disgusting experience and i will be submitting to the ACCC as charging me a fee after full payment is unfair trade
