The apartment is well furnished and had everything we needed to start enjoying our stay immediately (coffee, tea bags, shampoo, ..). This is a nice touch and was really appreciated. Information about the apartment and how to get there was timely and precise. Location is convenient with easy access to the Northern Line (10 minutes walk to Burnt Oak or Colindale stations) and buses. The nearby park is nice and quiet. Short walk to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Everything was great. The living room has a sofa bed with a reasonable size for two people. The room gets light early on and the curtains are not blocking much of it but the accommodation is otherwise extremely pleasant.

Globalement c’est un appartement très confortable et un bon rapport qualité prix. Proximité du métro, des supermarchés et d’un parc arboré : l’appartement est dans un quartier résidentiel, au calme et il est tout à fait conforme au descriptif.

Le canapé n’est pas confortable pour un lit, c’était l’été donc on a utilisé la couette en sur matelas. La première nuit était bruyante car les voisins du dessous recevait du monde et c’est assez mal insonorisé. Enfin on a demandé à partir 1 heure plus tard et le propriétaire a refusé car c’était reloué direct, sauf que 2 heures après il y avait toujours personne qui était venu faire le ménage ou autre.

Lovely cozy place exactly as shown in the photos. Despite the hot water issues, the owner was extremely kind, cooperative, and even offered us an extra free night as compensation. I’d definitely stay here again.

Had a lot of issue wirh hot water but glad that owner tried his best to sort it out for us.
