From booking to arriving all was simple and straightforward. The value for money was great-we did not want to pay too much as we were attending a concert at Wembley. It was a 15 minute walk to the tube and the first stop was Wembley- perfect for this. The owner had left tea/coffee/water which was kind. A convenience store was just around the corner, underneath the apartment, plus a pizza take out on the same street, open until midnight! We had a Range Rover and easily navigated the small side alley, that took you to a parking space around the rear of the apartment. Our car was big and it fitted on the raised concrete area, that was specifically to park on-I am a good parker, so found this straightforward, plus I could see the car from our bedroom, so it all felt very safe.

A couple of downsides which were minor below and the only main one is point no:3 below; 1. The small, longlife milk cartons left for us, for tea and coffee were all curdled. I suspect this was probably from the hot weather, but we couldn't use them. Obviously that wasn't something included as we brought our own milk. 2. We could not get the cooker to work. We could not see the main switch, which you would generally use at home. There was a switch attached to the extractor. Could have been us, but it wasn't useable on our visit. 3. The main issue was a bed settee-this had no bedding/quilt etc. I had checked about this as we were a 5 x person party and I knew we need the 2 x double beds and the single bed plus the bed settee. This was because one of the party needed a double bed to themselves because of sciatica and the way they needed to sleep- diagonally in the double bed. Added to this was a young couple of different sexes, who were not partners and wanted a separate bed each. We gave the plain sheet to the lady with the sciatica and the quilt from that double bed, to the young lady on the bed settee. The young lady had a poor sleep as the bed settee had buttons on it and no bottom sheet/topper available. If it was the Winter the sheet we found would not have sufficed for the double bed. My only suggestion is to make sure that there is bedding for the bed settee and possibly a thin mattress topper, to stop the upholstered buttons of the bed settee sticking into you.

I really appreciate how quickly the host responded to all my questions and how smoothly everything went. This place was incredible value for money in comparison to everywhere else in the surrounding area.
