Central oLiv Apartment with free parking

The apartment has a distinctive boutique feel, which is evident not only in the pictures but also in the overall atmosphere when you step inside. It is located in a modern, newly built apartment complex, which I personally find much more appealing than many of the older communist-era residential blocks in town. From a practical perspective, everything is convenient and easy to access, including the elevator, underground parking, and central location. Communication was also good and timely throughout, reflecting attentive customer service and a willingness to communicate openly. Overall, a modern and comfortable place with a distinctive style and practical amenities.

There are two things worth considering before booking. First, this is a design-oriented apartment, and that comes with a particular style and setup that may not suit everyone. If you are travelling with toddlers or young children who are very active and need constant supervision, the smaller design details and furniture may require extra attention. This is not a criticism of the apartment itself, but rather a matter of suitability: if practicality and a child-proof environment are your main priorities, a simpler setup might be a better fit. Second, the additional data-processing requirements and damage-deposit procedure felt unusual to me. The process involved submitting personal information and card details through a separate platform outside Booking.com, which I only fully became aware of at the last minute. The €100 damage deposit was held rather than actually charged, but the overall procedure still felt different from what I have experienced in the vast majority of my Booking.com stays. I understand that this may be part of the host’s risk-management approach, but as a traveller, I was not entirely comfortable with it, particularly given the separate platform and the timing of the request. I raised these concerns with the host transparently and in good faith. I am sharing them here for the benefit of future guests, so they can be aware of these requirements before booking and decide whether the arrangement suits them.

The apartment complex was very secure. Secure parking too. The kitchen was large and had good appliances. Loved the extra touches! It was so nice to have a balcony to sit outside.

There was no place to put clothing that doesn't hang. Some shelves or a dresser in the bedroom would be nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designed, very stylish and comfortable. We also really appreciated having free parking, which was a big plus. Everything was clean, well organised and thoughtfully arranged.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Zwar Neubau in großer Wohnanlage, aber Balkonblick in ruhigen, grünen Innenhof mit restaurierten historischen Häusern. Ruhig, schalldicht, Klimaanlage, Wohnqualität, Parkplatz mit Lift zur Tiefgarage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß durch schönen Park zur Innenstadt.

Nur die Duschbrause in der Badewanne hätte einen Haltegriff an der Wand verdient, damit man sich mit zwei Händen waschen kann. Kommen beim nächsten Timisiora-Besuch aber trotzdem wieder!
