New Tri Star Beach Hotel

Highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Arugam Bay and would definitely come back. The room and bathroom were very clean, the towels were fresh, and there was always hot water. The hotel has direct access to the beach, which was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafés, massage studios, laundry services, supermarkets, and bars. What really made our stay special was the outstanding staff. The reception was by far one of the best we experienced in Sri Lanka. The manager helped us immediately with everything we needed, whether it was organizing a safari, arranging laundry service, or answering our questions. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive.

Отличный отель за эту цену! Завтраки лучшие даже по сравнению с отелями дороже, все что нужно. Хозяин отеля Shifan* всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации. Из отеля можно выйти на оживленную улицу, где есть всё, кафе, магазины с едой и одеждой и всем необходим, если что-то забыли , все можно купить тут по приемлемым ценам. Пляж хороший, рядом на пляже кафе, можно поесть и вечером отдохнуть и потанцевать. Рекомендую!

Fantastic location directly on the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were able to watch the sunrise from our bed! The staff were helpful and always smiling. They helped with organising our safari tour and other information for our onwards travel. Small issues were rectified quickly. The breakfast was delicious. Great value.

Breakfast was very good.

The buffet dinner time should not be restricted. Should allow the tour party to have dinner at any time before 11.0 pm. not restrict them to stop the singing session on the beach and have dinner before 10.0 am. Hotel bathroom water draining should be improved.
