Mieszkanie ma ładną łazienkę,
Mieszkanie wygląda na zaniedbane, klatka schodowa jest nieprzyjemna, widok z okien okropny. Warsztaty samochodowe, jakiś kanał, śmieci po budowie. Okna brudne , szafa z odrapanymi półkami, tłuste płytki przy płycie kuchennej. Ogólnie powinna tam wkroczyć ekipa sprzątająca.

Lokalizacja i standard wykończenia i czystość mieszkania, dobra komunikacja z właścicielem i bardzo wygodne łóżko
jedna zapasową rolką papieru na cały wyjazd, brak czystego zmywaka w kuchni(trzeba było kupić samemu) Ciepła woda pojawiała się dopiero bo kliknięciu guzika na ścianie, też trwa remont bloku, ale nie utrudnia życia, lekkie problemy z WIFI brak telewizji satelitarnej, brak dodatkowych ręczników
