Breakfast was not included. Riccardo was very friendly and there to greet us. Showed us how to work everything.
Close to main tourist area , great outlook and apartment very spacious
The kitchen was not well equipped for cooking. we asked for another pot which we got.
The main drawback in the email from the owner was that we did not know that Riccardo was our contact point.
we didn't know where he fitted in. There was a set of instructions/rules ( good) , but not followed. For example, it said the apartment would be serviced at various days . It wasn't. When we eventually requested new towels, it appeared you had to ask if you wanted the apartment serviced. it was, when we asked.

Neat and clean , staff was helpful
Far from central- a very, very steep hill to the property- I had to get a taxi to and from property
No reception desk, cleaning room every 3th day
Television wasn’t working
