Convenient location, walk to shops, eateries, Museum Station and Central Station. All practical amenities provided. Excellent pool and gym. Very responsive host.
We had to carefully coordinate sharing one key among family of four as the key is needed for all access including elevator, gym, pool, etc. Wasn’t squeaky clean but it was fine. While I would generally recommend this place and might even book again, I would not recommend it for families with very young, active kids as it’s too easy to climb up the balcony (it’s on the 21st floor).

Ein schönes großes Appartement mit reichlich Platz für zwei Personen. Gut ausgestattet Küche und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer.
Sehr gute Lage, mit Nahverkehrs-Kontenpunkten schnell erreichbar: alle drei Straßenbahnlinien in 2 bis 3 Minuten erreichbar, etwa 5 Minuten bis zur Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). Ausführlicher Guide für den Self Check-In, gutes WLAN mit schneller Internetanbindung

I liked how clean it was, immediately the white tiles really gleamed and you could tell more than a quick surface clean was done. Beautiful view :)
There were a few little things I didn’t expect at the price point, which I would rate slightly on the premium side. Things like a broken upright fan and a broken chandelier in the lounge, a not quite as comfortable as you would hope bed, a lack of towels for the extended stay, and the dripping taps etc… just small things but most (understandably not the taps) are an easy fix.
