📍 Location The villa is in a gorgeous location on a small hill with stunning views of the sea and Cape Zaferana. Be sure to take a car - it's more convenient to get to supermarkets, nearby towns and attractions. Free parking is available on site. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) is a small beach, and a little farther away are more private rocky beaches with clear water. The entrance to the water is rocky, but you can find comfortable spots. 🏡 Villa and apartments We stayed on the second floor. The villa has three floors, we had a huge plus - a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the sea and sunrises. Every evening we met the sunset, and in the morning we watched the boats coming up to the shore - amazingly beautiful! The apartments are very comfortable: - two bedrooms (master bedroom with private bath, balcony and spacious bed + a second, smaller one with a double bed and private bath next to it), - cozy living room with soft sofa and large TV, - fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, espresso coffee machine - only no dishwasher), - air conditioning in all rooms, - several areas for rest and work, including comfortable tables and a cozy chair-"egg". A separate plus - everything is new, clean and thought out to the smallest detail: gorgeous beds, comfortable pillows, fresh linens and towels. The only thing - for the beach it is better to take your own towels, as the villa does not provide them. 🌊 Area and facilities The villa has a pool with perfect water temperature, shared by three apartments, and two sunbeds overlooking the sea and cape - just incredibly beautiful! There is also a washing machine and a place to dry laundry on the premises. 🍴 Food and surroundings The terrace overlooking the sea is lovely for breakfast and dinner. Nearby (literally a few minutes by car) there are towns with supermarkets as well as Santa Flavia with picturesque swimming spots, restaurants and bars.

The only downside was the time flew by too fast and we had to leave.

Läget, huset i sig mycket fint med ett fantastiskt löge. Den stora terassen var härlig.

Det som tyvärr drar ner betyget är att det inte var ordninggjort ute runt om huset- fullt med fågelbajs runt poolen så det var svårt att ens gå där samt trasiga solstolar som stod utspridda och rackliga trädgårdsmöbler där ett par av stolarna höll på att falla sönder. Det var inte städat på terassen- skräpigt och smutsigt på klinkers. Och det är stopp i avloppet vilket gjorde att det var en stark avlopps doft vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde ha fönstren mot poolen öppna. Vi kontaktade er vid flertal tillfällen ang att det var smutsigt samt doften men ingen gjorde något pt det på hela den vecka bi var där. Tänker att det hade varit lätt att skicka dit någon som skurade av terassen och pooldäcket hämtade / lagade de trasiga möblerna. Dessutom är det mycket skitigt i tvättstugan. Bl a en gammalt trosskydd låg på golvet tillsammans med mycket damm och skräp. Det var så synd att det inte var städar och fixat ute när huset i sig är så fint. Och inte respektfullt att inte försöka åtgärda det som enkelt kunde ha gjorts. Min man har delat foton.
