About this apartment rental
A brand-new apartment surrounded by nature, located about 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Santa Flavia and Altavilla Milicia. Here, you’ll enjoy an enchanting vacation, pampered by the tranquility of the countryside and all the comforts. Just a few kilometers from Palermo and Cefalù, this location is well-connected thanks to the nearby “Casteldaccia” highway interchange, will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation between the crystal-clear sea and the incredible historical and artistic attractions of our region
The space
The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story villa, nestled within a new plantation of Mango and avocado trees, and features a spacious front garden. From the guest parking area, crossing the garden shared by the two vacation homes “Avocado” and “Mango”, you enter the house through a cozy veranda equipped with a shade sail and outdoor furniture. From here, you enter the kitchen/dining room, equipped with a kitchenette, appliances, and kitchenware. From this central space, you can access the spacious master bedroom—which can also accommodate a travel cot—and the second bedroom, furnished with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. At the back of the house is the spacious bathroom with a shower stall and a washing machine.
Guest access
Available to guests in the shared areas are an above-ground pool with a deck and sunbathing area, an outdoor shower, a lawn, and a barbecue area. For those who love to walk, you can explore the property by strolling among the terraces dedicated to tropical plants and Mediterranean trees.
