Excellent Ica grocery store nearby. I think that the basement could be a nice choice in a hot summer. Large apartment. Laundry facilities. Exceptional value for the money. You can park on the street with the Easy Park app
Stepping noise from neighbor above (advice to bring ear plugs, watch TV, listen to music or just go out in Örebro city for some hours. They kept it going from when I arrived at 3 PM until normal evening quiet time at 10 PM. I don't understand how someone can walk around for that many hours. Not sure if they also where temporarily renting or apartment renting all year round. Other than this, an excellent budget choice

Bequemes Sofa, trotz Kellergeschoss freundlich und hell, top ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, parkmöglichkeiten in nächster Umgebung (teils kostenpflichtig), toller Garten.
Etwas mühsam um in die Wohnung zu gelangen (Schlüssel wird in einem Gartenhäuschen hinterlegt), der Gefrierer war nicht sauber und roch schlecht. Der Kühlschrank müsste ebenfalls mal komplett gereinigt werden.

Vi trivdes jättebra, kanonläge och en fin lägenhet som hade allt vi behövde. Både lakan och handdukar ingick vilket uppskattas! Smidig in och utcheckning
Städningen var sådär, vet inte om det var föregående gäster som hade slarvat med avresestädet. Det var massor med hårstrån i duschen och matrester låg i diskhon.
